Welcome to Supportite! We like to keep things simple, so we've written these terms in plain
English. Please read them carefully.
The Basics

Who we are:
Supportite is a product of Usta Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

What these terms cover:
When you use Supportite, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't
use our service.

Who can use Supportite:
Business use only. You must be 18+ and using Supportite for your business, agency, or
professional work.
Your Account
Signing up:
You need to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Your responsibility:
- Keep your password secure
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account
- One account per business (no sharing)
Account termination:
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- When an account is closed, we keep your data for 30 days, then permanently delete everything
Payment Terms

Free trial:
You get 14 days free. Full access, no credit card required upfront.

Pricing:
After your trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue.

No refunds:
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can test everything. After you pay, all sales are final. No refunds,
no exceptions.

Failed payments:
If your payment fails, we'll try a few times. If it still doesn't work, your account will be suspended
until payment is resolved.
Using Supportite
What you CAN do:
- Use Supportite to manage projects for your business
- Invite team members and clients
- Store up to your plan's storage limit
- Use custom domains and white-labeling (on applicable plans)
What you CAN'T do:
- Anything illegal
- Spam, harass, or abuse others
- Try to hack, overload, or harm our service
- Resell access to Supportite (unless you have a specific agreement with us)
- Use it for regulated industries where we haven't explicitly confirmed compliance
- Share or publish other users' private information
Your Data

You own your data:
Your content is yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you upload.

Our license to your data:
You give us permission to store, back up, and display your content as needed to run the service.

Data deletion:
- Active accounts: You can delete your data anytime
- Closed accounts: We delete everything after 30 days
- Some info may remain in backups for up to 90 days

Privacy:
See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Our Responsibilities (and Limits)
We'll do our best to:
- Keep Supportite available 24/7 (but we can't guarantee 100% uptime)
- Keep your data secure
- Fix bugs and improve the service
We're NOT responsible for:
- Lost profits or opportunities
- Data loss (please keep your own backups of critical info)
- Things beyond our control (internet outages, natural disasters, etc.)
Liability limit:
If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.
Intellectual Property

Our stuff:
Supportite's logo, design, and code belong to us. Don't copy them.

Your stuff:
Your content remains yours.

Feedback:
If you give us suggestions, we can use them without paying you.
Changes and Communication

Updates to terms:
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Disputes

Try to work it out:
Email us first. We're reasonable people.

If we can't agree:
- Disputes will be handled through binding arbitration (not courts)
- The arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules
- Location: Online or in Wyoming
- Each party pays their own costs

Governing law:
Wyoming law applies to these terms.

Exceptions:
Small claims court is still available for qualifying disputes.
Other Legal Stuff

Entire agreement:
These terms (plus our Privacy Policy) are the complete agreement between us.

Severability:
If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

No waiver:
If we don't enforce a rule immediately, we can still enforce it later.

Assignment:
You can't transfer your account without our permission. We can transfer our obligations if we sell
Supportite.
Special Terms

AppSumo customers:
Lifetime deal customers have their own terms as specified in their AppSumo purchase.

White-label users:
If you use our white-label feature, you're responsible for your own terms with your clients, but these
terms still apply to your use of Supportite.

API usage:
If we provide API access, additional terms and rate limits apply.
